Beginning in 2010 XecCoach will initially be offering the following two courses from its range of services:

The Certificate in Executive Coaching

This 2 day programme provides an opportunity to experience what it’s like to be an executive coach and begin to understand the power and success of coaching. Introducing the principles and practice of coaching, participants learn how to use a four stage model that will allow them to begin coaching right away, and also discover what kind of coaching is for them. The programme is designed for middle management who are interested in developing coaching skills.

The Diploma in Intermediate Executive Coaching

Held over a series of 3 two-day modules plus a Live Action Coaching Day, this accredited course is for experienced managers, trainers or consultants who want to add Executive Coaching to their skills set. The Diploma runs over 4 months with peer coaching practice sessions and tutorials between modules. During the course participants work with XecCoach’s comprehensive coaching model to develop a strong and professional client relationship, draw on a significant body of psychologically grounded coaching skills and align coaching to the business and organizational context.

Accreditation:

EMCC Qualification
Intermediate - Level 5
Equivalent to UG degree / NVQ5

ICF Qualification

ACSTH (Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours).

Represents 43 Coach Specific Training Hours (CSTH) towards the minimums required by ICF when applying by Portfolio Method for individual coach accreditation for ACC (Associate Certified Coach), PCC (Professional Certified Coach) or MCC (Master Certified Coach).
